Each time you elevate your frequency and connect to your Soul Star Chakra (the eighth chakra), something shifts. Try standing barefoot on the ground.
Visualize roots extending deep into the Earth.
Breathe slowly until you feel fully present.

Visualize a radiant sphere of white-gold light glowing about a foot above your crown.
