Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the www.meliguidance.com website and your purchase and use of the services, courses, and digital products offered by Meli Guidance.
By using this website, booking a service, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the Services
Meli Guidance offers intuitive and spiritual guidance services, including:
-
Akashic Records readings;
-
past-life readings;
-
tarot and oracle card readings;
-
animal-related guidance;
-
energy analyses;
-
energy healing services;
-
guided meditations;
-
spiritual development courses and resources.
These services are based on an intuitive, symbolic, spiritual, and subjective approach. They are intended to encourage personal reflection, introspection, and spiritual development.
They do not constitute factual information, professional expertise, an investigation, a clinical assessment, or evidence of any kind. The information provided is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or verifiable.
Meli Guidance does not predict the future and does not guarantee any specific outcome from a reading, energy healing service, course, or resource.
2. Consent to Intuitive and Energy Readings
By booking an Akashic reading, you authorize Meli Guidance to access your Akashic Records and connect with your energy for the purpose of providing the booked session.
When a reading concerns an animal, you confirm that you are the animal’s guardian or have obtained permission from their guardian. You authorize Meli Guidance to access the animal’s Akashic Records and connect with their energy for the purpose of providing the booked session.
For a combined reading for you and your animal, these authorizations apply to both of you.
By booking a chakra analysis or another energy-based service, you authorize Meli Guidance to connect with your current energy and perform an intuitive reading of it for the purpose of providing the booked service.
These authorizations are limited to the booked service and do not extend to future sessions or services.
3. Medical and Mental Health Limitations
Meli Guidance does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic services.
None of the services offered may be used to:
-
establish or confirm a physical or mental health diagnosis;
-
assess a mental disorder or a person’s health;
-
determine the medical or psychological cause of a symptom;
-
recommend, modify, or discontinue a treatment;
-
recommend stopping or changing a medication;
-
replace a consultation with a qualified health professional;
-
provide emergency or crisis intervention.
No guidance should be used to make decisions regarding a diagnosis, treatment, medication, or any other physical or mental health matter.
If you have concerns about your health or another person’s health, you must consult a qualified professional.
If you are experiencing a crisis, are concerned for your safety or the safety of another person, or require immediate assistance, contact the emergency services available in your area. In Canada, you can call or text 9-8-8 in the event of a suicide crisis or call 911 if there is an immediate danger.
4. Questions and Requests That Will Not Be Accepted
Meli Guidance does not accept requests intended to:
-
establish or confirm a medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis;
-
intuitively explain the cause of an illness or symptom;
-
determine whether a person should begin, modify, or discontinue a treatment;
-
confirm a pregnancy, paternity, maternity, biological relationship, or identity;
-
locate a missing person;
-
confirm an abduction, crime, assault, fraud, or any other offence;
-
identify the person responsible for a crime or harmful conduct;
-
confirm that a person is being watched, followed, threatened, manipulated, or targeted;
-
confirm an allegation, uncertain memory, theory, or suspicion as fact;
-
provide evidence for medical, police, legal, financial, or administrative proceedings;
-
make medical, legal, or financial decisions;
-
obtain intrusive information about another person without their consent;
-
predict a future event with certainty.
A reading may explore a person’s emotions, perceptions, symbols, relationship dynamics, or avenues for reflection. However, it cannot be used to objectively validate an accusation, identity, event, or belief.
Meli Guidance reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reframe any request that is considered contrary to these limitations, ethically concerning, outside its scope of practice, or potentially harmful to the client or a third party.
5. Free Will and Personal Responsibility
All guidance should be received as an invitation to reflect, not as an instruction to follow.
You remain entirely free to accept, qualify, or reject the information provided. You are responsible for your decisions, your actions, and how you choose to use the guidance you receive.
Before making an important medical, psychological, legal, financial, family, or professional decision, you must consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
Meli Guidance does not guarantee any particular outcome and cannot be held liable for a decision made solely on the basis of intuitive or spiritual guidance, subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
6. No Guarantees
The services, courses, and resources are provided for spiritual guidance, introspection, and educational purposes.
Intuitive perceptions and spiritual experiences are subjective. Their interpretation may vary from one person to another. No particular outcome, transformation, spiritual experience, personal improvement, or energetic effect is guaranteed.
Testimonials presented on the website describe the personal experiences of certain individuals. They do not constitute a promise that you will obtain similar results.
7. Right to Refuse or Discontinue a Service
Meli Guidance may refuse, discontinue, or cancel a service if it determines, in particular, that:
-
the request falls outside its scope of practice;
-
the request concerns a medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, criminal, or financial matter;
-
the request seeks to confirm an accusation or serious factual claim;
-
the person appears to require professional support or urgent assistance;
-
the request infringes upon another person’s privacy, safety, or rights;
-
the questions are contrary to the ethical principles governing the services offered;
-
the person’s behaviour or communications are threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
If a paid service is refused before work has begun, the amount paid will be refunded. If only certain questions are inadmissible, Meli Guidance may offer the client the opportunity to reframe or replace them.
Refusing to provide guidance does not constitute an assessment or diagnosis of the person.
8. Services Concerning Another Person
You may ask questions about your own experience of a relationship, such as your emotions, boundaries, lessons, or your perception of the relationship dynamic.
However, Meli Guidance does not disclose private or intrusive information about another person and does not attempt to determine their thoughts, health, hidden intentions, guilt, or future actions.
Questions must focus on your own path, choices, and what is within your control.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Remote Readings, Guidance, and Analyses
A cancellation request may be submitted provided that work has not yet begun.
Once preparation, reading, channeling, analysis, or writing has begun, the service is considered to be in progress, and no refund will normally be provided, except where required by law.
If Meli Guidance cancels the service before it is completed, the amount paid will be refunded.
No refund will be issued solely because the guidance does not meet the client’s expectations, beliefs, or desired outcome, as the intuitive and subjective nature of the service has been clearly disclosed.
Courses and Digital Products
Due to their digital nature, courses, meditations, recorded energy healing services, downloadable documents, and other immediately accessible resources are normally non-refundable once access, downloading, or use has begun, subject to any rights provided by applicable laws.
If a specific money-back guarantee is displayed on a course’s sales page, the terms of that guarantee will take precedence.
Technical difficulties must be reported so that Meli Guidance may attempt to restore access to the purchased content.
Rights Provided by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that a person cannot legally waive, including rights provided under Québec laws governing consumer protection and distance contracts.
10. Intellectual Property
All texts, videos, audio recordings, meditations, courses, documents, illustrations, methods, exercises, and other content provided by Meli Guidance are protected by copyright.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, private, and non-transferable right of use.
Unless prior written authorization has been obtained, you may not:
-
reproduce or distribute the content;
-
share it with another person;
-
publish it, in whole or in part;
-
resell it;
-
modify it and present it as your own work;
-
use it to provide a course or service;
-
provide your access credentials to another person.
-
Unauthorized use may result in the suspension or termination of your access, without prejudice to any other available remedies.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to external websites or platforms. Meli Guidance has no control over their content, availability, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party websites and platforms is at your own risk and may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.
12. Respectful Communications
All communications with Meli Guidance must remain respectful.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, harassing, or repeatedly disruptive messages will not be tolerated. Meli Guidance may end communications, refuse future services, and block any person who fails to comply with this condition.
If a communication raises concerns for the safety of an individual or the public, Meli Guidance may take any reasonable measures permitted by law.
13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Meli Guidance may modify these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to its services or legal obligations.
The version applicable to a purchase is the version that was published and brought to your attention at the time of the transaction, subject to any changes required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
