The services offered by Meli Guidance, including akashic readings, card draws, coaching sessions, training and energy healing, are spiritual approaches aimed at providing guidance and assistance in your personal development. However, we all have free will, and time is fluid. Meli Guidance does not predict the future and is not responsible for any decisions you make as a result of these guidances. All draws and guidances offered are spiritual advice and do not replace a consultation with a health professional, whether physical or mental. Cancellation and refund policy

Live sessions: Any delay of 15 minutes or more will automatically result in postponement or cancellation of the session, with refund. After two consecutive absences, no postponement or refund will be granted.
Cancellation of sessions: Meli Guidance reserves the right to cancel a session, with a refund, if the questions asked are deemed unethical or outside its area of expertise.
Training courses: No refunds will be given once module 2 has been completed.
