You will receive a link to download an audio file, as well as an image of the cards, within 24 hours after the end of reading. Due to the personalized nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once the session has been completed, the recording has been delivered, or the service has otherwise been fulfilled. No additional session will be provided free of charge if the answers received do not meet the client’s expectations or if the questions submitted were incomplete, unclear, or ambiguous. If you believe that a technical or administrative issue occurred in connection with your session, you must contact Meli Guidance at meli.guidance@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving your session. After this period, no adjustment, refund, or corrective action can be guaranteed.
